Creating a Production Request from a Flight

In this article, you will learn several ways to create a Production Request from a Flight

After you have created a flight by following the linked article here, you can create a production request.

Option 1: Create a Production Request from Campaign Overview

From the campaign overview screen, click on the kabob icon on the right side of the flight table. Once clicked, you will see the “Create Production Request” option

Click “Create Production Request.” Once clicked, a modal will open that will pre-populate the detail from your flight into the Production Request

Select Assignee Show. Assignee (Show) remains unfilled when the modal appears so you can decide which show is responsible for producing the creative you are requesting.

Select Ad Format. Ad format remains unfilled when the modal appears as this is where you decide if the ad will be a producer or host read.

Add creative instructions (optional). Once ad format is populated, you have the option to load scripts or set special instructions as you see fit.

You can setup multiple creatives by clicking the “Add Creative” button.

Once complete, select the submit button and this will take you to your Production Request!

Option 2: Create a Production Request from Flight Overview

From the campaign overview screen, click into your flight to the flight detail screen.

From the Flight Overview page, click on the Production Request tab to see all Production Requests related to this flight.

Click on the “Create Production Request” button to start setting up a new production request.

Follow the same steps outlined above to finish creating your production request:

  • Select assignee (Show) — the show producing the creative
  • Select ad format — host read or producer read
  • Add creative instructions (optional) — Scripts, special instructions, etc
  • Click Submit 🎉
