Production Request Dashboard
As a Show User, you will now see a new column that will indicate the Ad Delivery Type - DAI or Baked-In.
Next step will be to ‘Acknowledge Request’ which can be done from the dashboard or within the Production Request.
If the Network would like you select a Recording Date for DAI and/or a Published Data for Baked-In requests, you can select that while acknowledging. If the Network has made that a required field, it will be necessary to complete that step before Acknowledging. Once acknowledged the Production Request will move to ‘In Production’.
To begin working on a Production Request, click on the Request in the dashboard.
Download your script(s) by selecting "Download File". Review any comments on the script file or on the timeline as well as Special Instructions for further details.
For Baked-In Production Requests, uploading the creative asset is not required (as opposed to DAI Production Requests); however, it is supported.
Once you have completed the recording you can select the ‘Mark as Published’ button. This will notify the Network that you’ve completed the read and they can proceed with any necessary Airchecks and complete the request.
