Hello! How can we help?

Vetting Access — Control who responds to vetting requests

Control who receives vetting requests and can respond on behalf of a show.

Overview

By default, vetting requests are sent to everyone assigned to a show — Show Managers, Network Producers, and Show Users. Vetting Access lets you change this on a per-show basis.

Your options

All Users (default) — Show Managers, Network Producers, and Show Users are all notified and can respond.

Show Manager Only — Only the assigned Show Manager is notified and can respond on behalf of the show.

When to use Show Manager Only

Use this setting when your network uses a single point of contact for vetting — where one person responds on behalf of a show rather than routing requests to individual hosts or producers.

How to update this setting

Option 1: From the Manage Shows Dashboard

Go to Admin > Manage Shows, select a show, and update the Vetting Access setting. To update multiple shows at once, select 2 or more shows and use the bulk edit option.

When prompted, confirm your selection by clicking “Save.”

Option 2: From the Show Details page

Alternatively, you can change a shows vetting access in the show details page by going to Admin > Manage Shows > (Your Show’s Name). Click the vetting access in the right sidebar.

When prompted, you’ll also need to confirm your choice and click “Save”, just like on the dashboard.

Who can edit this?

Network Tenant Admins and Show Managers can update this setting. Show Tenant Admins cannot.

⚠️

Note: If Show Manager Only is enabled and no Show Manager is assigned to the show, that show will be unavailable to select when creating a vetting request. Assign a Show Manager first, or switch back to All Users.
