How to Invite Network Producers and Show Managers

Notion image

Network Producers and Show Managers can be set up in the Network Tenant to access multiple shows from a single dashboard. Both roles are created using the same workflow, but serve different purposes:

  • Network Producer: Focuses on vetting workflows and production requests across multiple shows
  • Show Manager: Manages show-level admin settings (Show Details, Show Users, Network Users) for assigned shows

Step 1: Navigate to User Management

Notion image

Log in to your Network Tenant as an Admin and go to Admin > User Management > Users.

Click Invite Users.

Step 2: Select Tenant Role

In the invitation modal, select the appropriate Tenant Role:

  • Choose Network Producer for users who will respond to vetting and view production requests
  • Choose Show Manager for users who need admin access to specific shows

🎉 Success!

After the user accepts the invitation, they can log in to the Network Tenant and see all their assigned shows in a single dashboard.

Add Users to Additional Shows

If you need to give an existing Network Producer or Show Manager access to additional shows, you can assign them from the show level.

Managing Campaign Access

When inviting or editing a user, you control how they're added to campaigns.

💡

Note: Admin users are added to all campaigns by default.

Step 1: Choose how to add them to campaigns

Under Add to existing active campaigns? select:

  • No — default role is set, but they won't be added to any campaigns. You can add them to campaigns manually one by one.
  • Yes, add to active campaigns — adds them to all active campaigns immediately

Step 2: Choose whether to add them to future campaigns

Toggle Default Team on to automatically add this user to all future campaigns.

⚠️

Heads up — changing roles affects existing campaigns too

If you change a user's campaign role or tenant role while editing, an alert will show you exactly what's changing and how many campaigns are impacted before you save.
