Tenant Roles
There are two Tenant roles that can be assigned to the user and there are seven roles on the campaign. Most common User Roles are:
- Admin - Can see all vetting requests, all campaigns, and can perform Admin tasks.
- Regular User - Can see their vetting requests and campaigns but they cannot perform Admin tasks.
*Note: If the Default Team is toggled to on for a Regular User they can see all vetting requests and campaigns
Campaign Roles
- Admin
- Able to perform Admin tasks, create vetting requests and campaigns.
- An Admin is not able to submit a vetting request to a Show.
- Ad Sales
- Able to create vetting requests and campaigns.
- An Ad Sales user is not able to submit a vetting request to a Show.
- Ad Ops
- Able to create vetting requests and campaign.
- Able to submit vetting requests (approve or decline) create by Ad Sales or an Admin to a show.
- Ad Creative
- Assigned to a show host/producer so they can approve or decline vetting requests.
Tenant & Campaign Role Combinations

- Able to create vetting requests and campaign.
- Able to submit vetting requests (approve or decline) create by Ad Sales or an Admin to a show.

Regular User | Ad Sales | - Able to see their vetting requests and campaigns but they cannot perform Admin tasks.

User Management
See all Users, Invite Users and See all Pending Invitations.

Inviting Users
To invite Users from the User Management tab. Gather userโs name, email address, and roles before inviting users.
- Click on Invite User
- Add the email(s) you want to invite, you can invite up to 10 users at a time within the same role.
- Choose the tenant role and default campaign role.
- Click Save. A success message will be shown to you with the number of invites you sent out.
There is a 10 user limit per Invite form submission

The sent invitations can be accessed at Pending Invitations. The pending invitations show the email, tenant and campaign role, sent date and the status of the invite. You can resend or revoke the invitation.
