As a Show Administrator, you have the control over your show’s tags, conflict categories, and default Ad Formats that your show supports.

Show General Settings
- Show Name (labeled as Company Name)*
- Media (Audio Only, Audio + Video, Video Only)*
- Show Categories as imported from RSS
- Tags
- Default Ad Formats for show
- Contact Information*

Selecting Ad Formats
Frequency currently supports 14 ad formats, spread across four major categories. These include Audio / Video, branded, Social, and Newsletter.
There are also some additional details, including:
- Audio / Video Details
- Personal Experience (applies to host read ads, producer-read, pre-produced, and live reads)
- Product Placement in Video (only applies if your show is audio + video or video only)
- Social Media Details
- Are you willing to tag brands on your posts?
- Are you willing to let brands reuse your social content, repost, and/or put paid media spend behind it?
Ad Formats Advanced Settings

After a show sets their ad format preferences, they can also select two additional options:
1. Block requests without accepted ad formats
Prevent advertiser requests that don't include any of the selected ad formats. May reduce the number of vetting requests.
2. Limit visible formats on request review pages
Hides all ad formats and details that your show doesn't support across the app.
Show User Management
Manage current users:
- Tenant Roles - Owner, Admin, Regular User
- Default Campaign Role - Ad Sales, Ad Ops, Ad Creative (for show producers)
Invite New users

Click Pending Invitations to see current status of Pending Invitations.
