Create a Network Producer for Shows
For Producers who work on multiple shows can be setup in the Network Tenant to give them the ability to view all of their vetting requests in one dashboard.
To setup a Network Producer, login to your Network Tenant as an Admin and go to User Management.
Click on ‘Invite Users’.
Enter the new users permissions: Tenant Role = Regular Users, Campaign Role = Ad Creative
Once the user’s account is active at the Network level, you can then go to Manage Shows and begin to assign them to multiple Shows.
Click on the Show’s kebab menu to access Show Details
Click on the Network Users tab
Choose the user from the dropdown to add as a Network Producer and click ‘Assign’.
For the Network Producer to access their dashboard, direct them to log into the Network Tenant. From this view, the Network Producer will see all the shows they have access to in a single dashboard.
