Hello! How can we help?

Campaign Brand Approvals for Shows

Learn how to review campaign vetting requests and approve or decline.

In this article, you will learn how to review a campaign vetting request to a show and submit a decision for it.

Vetting Dashboard

In your Frequency account, you can view all Requested and Accepted vetting requests on the Vetting dashboard. New vetting requests will automatically be sorted to the top of the list, and they will have a status of “Requested”.

Selecting a vetting request in the table will direct you to the Vetting Request page where you can review request details and either submit a decision or make an update to a request in which a decision was already made.

Reviewing a Vetting Request

When you select a new vetting request, you’ll be directed to the Vetting Request page. At the top left of the screen, you can see the date and time the request was received, and at the top right of the screen, you should see the status as “Request Pending”. Below, on the left side, you’ll see the advertiser’s information, campaign details, and the ad formats the advertiser is interested in.

The ad formats the advertiser is interested in will be marked with a “Requested” within the tile of the ad format. Simply click on the ad formats the show is interested in providing. If Personal Experience is accepted, simply click the check box and you’ll see a text box where you can provide feedback on any provided requirements.

On any vetting request you receive, you have the ability to make your preferences the default response for a given advertiser, or apply the same decision—whether you Accept or Decline the request—to all future campaigns from a given advertiser.

In addition, you can also review your selections in a table view by selecting the preview icon next to your default toggle.

Once you’ve completed your review and made your selections, simply select either “Accept” or “Decline” at the top of the page.

To provide additional feedback when Approving a Vetting Request, click the dropdown arrow on the Approve button to Approve with Feedback.

You will then be presented with a modal window to leave your feedback on the Approval.

After confirming your feedback, the Vetting Request is completed and a button linking to the provided feedback is at the top of the Approval Request.

Clicking on the Feedback button will allow the user to update their feedback or completely remove any feedback provided.

If a Request has been Declined by the show, a modal window is presented to provide the reason for declination.

After confirmation, feedback is saved and Feedback button appears on Vetting Request.

Note: Feedback on a Declined Vetting Request can be modified, but cannot be deleted.

Once you give your decision, the page will update with validation at the top, so you know your decision has been submitted.

Email Notification Settings

To set your email notification settings go to your Profile > Notification Settings. Instant Notifications for Campaign and Advertiser Vetting will automatically be set to on; however, that can be toggled to off but it is recommended to keep High Priority Vetting Requests set to Instant so as to not miss an opportunity.

Additionally, Daily Digests can be set and scheduled to be delivered that will include a summary of all new and outstanding vetting requests.
