Advertiser Vetting Requests
Advertiser Vetting Requests are a very useful way to learn how a show will work with one or many Advertisers on future Campaign Vetting Requests. This can be helpful when working with a new brand and when onboarding a new show.
Creating an Advertiser Vetting Request
Click on the Advertiser Tab on your dashboard to access the Advertiser Vetting Dashboard.
To create an Advertiser Vetting Request for an existing Advertiser select Vet New Advertiser

Search for one or many advertisers in the search bar.

You will have the option to include separate notes for each advertiser or one note for all advertisers.
Next, select the show or shows and click Submit.
Advertiser Vetting requests created by Ad Sales will be submitted to Ad Ops for review, and upon approval, will be sent to the show(s) for their response. Vetting requests created by Ad Ops will be sent directly to the show(s).
Using an Advertiser List
Creating Advertiser Lists are an easy way have your top advertisers grouped together in one Advertiser Vetting request. This can be very useful when onboarding a new show.
To create a list click on ‘Advertiser Lists’ and ‘Create New List’.

Search for and select existing Advertisers. The list on the right will populate with your selections.
Type in a List Name.
You can share the list to your Network by checking the box.

Once an Advertiser List has been saved, you can select it from the Advertiser List dropdown and then click on ‘Vet Advertisers’.

An Advertiser Vetting Request will be created that includes all of the Advertisers in your list. You have the option to leave a separate note on each Advertiser. You can also toggle that off and add one note for the show.

Select your show or shows and then click ‘Submit’.
